Neville Roberts – Founding Father and engineering guru. Enjoys making new toys and tinkering with old ones. In his spare time, Neville works closely with leading equipment manufacturers to introduce new technology to market. You will usually find Neville with a spanner in hand on the plant floor and a smile on his dial. But beware, Neville has recently been granted his grey nomad licence.
Adam Roberts – Managing Director and Number 1 Son. Responsible for all the duties that no-one else will do like paying the bills and increasing prices. Was conned by Founding Father to defer on University and lend a hand when 18. The rest, they say is history.
Luke Roberts – Production Manager and Number 2 Son. Was conned by Number 1 son to lend a hand rather than learn a trade. Now has the toughest gig on the block as is responsible for all processing staff and output. If you think washing up to 40 tonnes of linen a day is easy, talk to Luke.
Tom Roberts – Apprentice Managing Director and Number 3 Son. The smartest of all when he left for University but couldn’t resist the smell of chemicals suds in the morning and soon returned – his “smartness” was subsequently downgraded! Folded his first towel aged 3, Tom is now learning the ropes in administration after 3 years on the plant floor.
Katherine Willaton – Despatch Manager (Wide Bay). Coordinating deliveries for hundreds of customers every day is no simple feat but Kath is Number 1 and has a docket printer to prove it. Give Kath a call to discuss the weather or your next order.
Phil Thorncraft – Sunshine Coast Regional Manager. Phil loves making people happy and has the weapons to do it. If you are lucky enough to operate between Noosa and Caloundra, there is no better man to call for any good reason. Phil will even settle for a bad one! In a past life, Phil was Australia’s leading chemical technician to commercial laundries so if you think our linen isn’t quite white, just ask him.
Gayle Szabo & Tamarla Dehnert – Head Office Administration (Hervey Bay). Behind every great company is a great back office team. This dynamic duo work tirelessly to ensure the lights are turned off at night and your account is up to scratch.
